We accept PDF, Word (.doc, .docx), PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx), JPEG, and PNG files. PDF pages are counted exactly using document metadata. For other formats, pages are estimated based on file size. All files are converted to PDF for printing.

Yes. PDF files can be up to 100 MB each. Office documents (Word, PowerPoint) can be up to 50 MB. Images (JPEG, PNG) can be up to 30 MB each.

For PDFs, we read the document metadata to count the exact number of pages — done securely in your browser. For images, each file counts as 1 page. For Word and PowerPoint files, the page count is estimated based on file size and indicated as an estimate during upload.

Yes, you can upload multiple files of any supported format in a single order. All files will be printed with the same configuration (paper size, color mode, binding, etc.). If you need different settings, please place separate orders.

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. Modifications (address changes, print settings) can be made within 1 hour. After that, the order moves to production and cannot be changed. Contact us on WhatsApp for assistance.
