Return & Refund Policy

At pdf2kagaz, we are committed to delivering high-quality printed documents that meet your expectations. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which you can request a refund, replacement, or cancellation for orders placed on our platform.

You are eligible for a full or partial refund in the following cases:

• Change of mind: We do not accept returns or issue refunds simply because you no longer need the printed documents.
• Incorrect file uploaded: It is your responsibility to verify that the uploaded PDF is correct and complete before placing the order.
• Colour variation: Minor colour differences between the on-screen preview and printed output (due to monitor calibration and print colour spaces) do not qualify as defects.
• Low-resolution source files: Print quality is limited by the resolution of the uploaded file. We are not responsible for pixelated or blurry output caused by low-resolution source content.
• Delayed delivery due to courier: While we strive to meet estimated timelines, we are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, especially during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.

• Report the issue: Contact us via WhatsApp or email within the applicable time window. Include your order ID, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence (if applicable).
• Review: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and may reach out for additional information.
• Resolution: If the issue qualifies under this policy, we will offer a reprint (free of cost) or a full refund as per your preference.
• Refund processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. UPI refunds are instant; card and net banking refunds may take 2–3 additional days depending on your bank.

• In most cases, we prefer to offer a reprint over a refund, as it ensures you receive the documents you need.
• Reprints are prioritised in the production queue and dispatched within 24 hours.
• If the reprint also has defects, a full refund will be issued.

• Monthly subscriptions: No partial refunds for unused pages within a billing cycle. You may cancel before the next billing date to avoid further charges.
• Annual subscriptions: If you cancel within 7 days of purchase, you will receive a prorated refund (minus any pages already used at standard rates). After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but remain active for the remainder of the paid period.
• Paused subscriptions: The pause fee (₹49/month) is non-refundable.

• Referral credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If an order placed using referral credits is refunded, the credits are restored to your account balance.
