• Blue Dart — Used for priority shipments and remote locations.
• India Post — Used for remote areas and as a backup partner.

• Standard orders: Printed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.
• Subscription priority: Aspirant and Scholar subscribers get priority processing — dispatched within 24 hours.
• Scholar same-day: Orders placed before 12 PM by Scholar subscribers are dispatched the same day.
• Bulk orders: Orders exceeding 2000 pages may require an additional 24 hours for processing.

Delivery time depends on your location and the courier partner assigned:

• Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for eligible orders.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed before payment confirmation.
• No hidden charges — the total you see at checkout is the final amount.

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp and email.
• You can track your order in real-time on our Track Order page by entering your order ID.
• Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.
• If the tracking ID does not update for more than 48 hours, please contact us on WhatsApp for assistance.

• Our courier partners typically make 3 delivery attempts before returning the package to us.
• If all attempts fail, the package is returned to our facility. You will be notified and can request a re-shipment (shipping charges apply) or a refund (minus original shipping charges).
• Please ensure the delivery address and phone number provided are accurate and accessible.

• If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with family members, neighbours, or the security desk. Sometimes couriers hand over packages to alternate contacts.
• If the order is still not located, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification. We will open a track investigation with the courier partner.
• If the investigation confirms the package is lost, we will issue a full refund or a free reprint, at your preference.

If your order arrives physically damaged (torn pages, wet packaging, crushed binding), please:

• Take clear photographs showing the damage.
• Contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos.
• We will arrange a free reprint or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.

• If you realise the address is wrong within 1 hour of placing the order, contact us immediately to update it.

pdf2kagaz shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, courier strikes, civil unrest, or technical failures at courier hubs.
