Welcome to pdf2kagaz. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, and printing services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Platform.

• “Platform” means the pdf2kagaz website, mobile interface, and all related services.
• “User”, “You”, “Your” means any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
• “We”, “Us”, “Our” means pdf2kagaz and its operators.
• “Order” means a request for printing services submitted through the Platform.
• “Files” means the documents (PDF, Word, PowerPoint, images) uploaded by you for printing.
• “Subscription” means a recurring monthly plan that provides allocated printing credits.

By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or accessing the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• You will use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

While you can place orders as a guest, creating an account provides additional features such as order history, subscription management, and referral credits. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

pdf2kagaz provides online document printing services including but not limited to:

• Black & white and colour printing in various paper sizes (A5, A4, A4-Legal, A3, A3+).
• Binding options: staple binding, spiral binding, and loose sheets.
• Multiple GSM (paper quality) options ranging from 60 to 100 Bond.
• Courier delivery across India through our logistics partners.
• Subscription plans for regular printing needs.

When you place an order through our Platform:

• You agree to pay the total amount displayed at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.
• Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our services, which we may accept or decline at our discretion.
• A confirmation message (via WhatsApp and/or email) constitutes our acceptance of your order.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if the uploaded files cannot be printed as configured, or if there are technical limitations.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Prices are calculated based on page count, colour mode, paper size, GSM, binding type, and copies.
• Quantity discounts (up to 18%) are automatically applied for eligible orders.
• Free shipping applies to orders above ₹349. A courier fee is charged for orders below this threshold.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.
• We do not store your full payment credentials on our servers.

By uploading files to our Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the copyright or have obtained all necessary permissions to reproduce the content.
• The files do not contain illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringing material.
• You will not upload files containing malware, viruses, or harmful code.

While we strive for the highest quality output, please note:

• Minor colour variations may occur between the on-screen preview and the printed output due to inherent differences in digital and print colour spaces.
• We do not guarantee exact alignment, margin, or scaling for PDFs with non-standard layouts.
• If your file contains low-resolution images, the print quality may reflect the source quality.

• Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.
• Delivery timelines depend on the courier partner and destination location (3–7 business days).
• We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund.
• Modifications (address or print settings) can be made within 1 hour of placement.
• Once production has started, cancellations and modifications cannot be accommodated.
• If your order arrives with printing defects or physical damage, we will arrange a reprint or issue a refund at no extra cost.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date as the original purchase.
• Unused pages do not carry over to the next billing cycle.
• You may pause your subscription at any time (₹49/month pause fee applies).
• You may cancel your subscription at any time with immediate effect.
• We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.

• Referring users earn ₹50 in pdf2kagaz credit when the referred user places their first order.
• Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• We reserve the right to void credits obtained through fraudulent or abusive referral activity.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our Platform are owned by pdf2kagaz or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pdf2kagaz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform.
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the printed output.
• Any delay or failure in delivery caused by third-party courier partners.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your files or data.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless pdf2kagaz, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your uploaded files, including claims of copyright infringement.
• Your misuse of the Platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Non-payment of fees.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement. The venue of arbitration shall be Sambalpur.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email (for registered users) or through a notice on our Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
