These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement. The venue of arbitration shall be Sambalpur.
